Thanksgiving

So a whole heck of a lot has happened since my last post. I'm not sure where to even begin... I guess I'll just start with the basics...

I had a metal spacer put in the top of my mouth to widen my upper palate...super painful. However, I'm managing to survive. Barely. :) As my mom likes to point out. I've lost some weight. It tends to depress one's appetite when one can't eat without pain. Ah well, best diet I've ever known! :)

The whole family (except of course Audrey who lives about 2000 miles away...) went up to Natalee's house for Thanksgiving and it was super fantastic! She spatchcocked a turkey and it was so amazing...yes that's a technical term...haha. Anyways, these pics are from my phone...hope you can see how beautiful it was.

It finally snowed here and I just barely...like an hour ago...got snow tires put on my car. Which is good, because it's basically an ice skate on the road. So yay! I don't have to get rid of my car, just pay for ridiculously expensive tires.

Other than that...I am going to LAS VEGAS tomorrow! So dang excited! I get to go see MUSE in concert. I might pass out. But I'll try not to. :) I'll hopefully have more photos to post after this.

Halloween!

I am finally posting the Halloween pictures! Syd and I went to various parties and mom had many days to dress up at school! So we have a plethora of awesome photos...Ferg is just chillin in dad's coat because he is awesome. :) Oh! and I made my dress!! I was highly impressed with myself. ;) Ha...there is also a picture of my braces! Enjoy that while you can :) Not to mention some cute pics of the little Clainer and Jeanie girls! I love that Miss Mace was a honey pot...haha! Well, I love you all and hope you had a Halloween that was as happy as ours!

A Bit of Autumn

So the end of October is here and there just happened to be an awesome sunrise this morning. So I ran outside in the cold and snapped a few pictures.

I basically love the fall. It's my favorite season. I love the crispness in the air and all the leaves changing color. I even love the smell...sort of an apple spice thing going on. However, I think it mostly boils down to two of my favorite holidays are on the way with wonderful family gatherings attached. So, I hope you enjoy these...I froze my toes off for them. :) Loves!

Two Newbies

So on second thoughts I've decided I might post a picture of my face. But it will have to be later because I'm not inclined to do it now. :)

Anyways, I just made two new cakes. I have another one I'll be working on today. I might have taken on too much this weekend...my mom is going to kill me for the mess I've made. HA! Well, love you guys and I'll post later.

I got braces. On my teeth. Again. Life mostly sucks right now. This is all in preparation for me getting my upper jaw broken in about 8 months because I have an open bite. So. I'm just letting the world at large know about the hideousness that has plagued me all of a sudden. Cakes are coming. You have been warned. :)

Just Dotty!

So, I had the swine. Isn't that great stuff? I managed to live though and it's a miracle. The best advice I can offer is: don't get it. It really is as bad as everyone says.

Anyways! I am feeling much better. Still coughing, but not that badly.

I have made a new cake. A really adorable cake too. I even have a really adorable photo to go along with it because Jessica Jolley Greene, who ordered it from me, is an amazing photographer! So, I hope all is going well with you guys and I hope you enjoy this awesome pic too!
